Jay Welsh's 30th Birthday Party

On Saturday, Carrie organized a golf tournament/potuck for Jason Welsh's big 3-0. A great b-day celebration for him, since he loves golf. We played at Puslinch Lake in Cambridge, and I was on a team with JC, Ian and Joel. There were 16 golfers altogether, and some 'creative' ways to get points for your team. It was my first time out this season, and for some reason I had my best game ever! So Puslinch Lake is my new favourite course ;-) I was putting for birdie for the first hole (par 4), birdied the first par 3 (my first shot landed about 6 feet from the pin), and was 'closest to the hole' for the other two par 3s. I'm sure I will never golf like that again! In the evening about 30 people went to the 'party house' that Carrie rented - unfortunately I forgot my camera (again!). So I have no pictures!
